J. Michael Owen has over 30 years of experience building relationships and facilitating business opportunities across Japan and international markets.
As founder and Chairman of Transpacific Enterprises, he has worked extensively with leading financial institutions, investment firms, and industry associations, establishing a strong presence in Japan’s real estate investment sector, including the development of the J-REIT market.
Since 2004, he has served as Executive Director of ULI Japan, playing a central role in expanding its membership, corporate partnerships, and industry presence. He also serves as Vice Chairman of Digital Garden Tokyo, further extending his involvement in cross-industry collaboration and international business.
